Without being a city itself, Santa María de Benquerencia is the
industrial and residential area of Toledo. This neighborhood, home
to about 30% of Toledo, has had an important process for residential
expansion in recent years. 

Hispanica Peyber has relied on Portillo Group to install Telecommu-
nications and Radio-Tv in the 228 homes in this characteristic neigh-
borhood of Toledo. The work was intended to provide Common Tele-
communications infrastructure and installation of Radio-Tv to the whole
residential complex.

One of the reason to elect Portillo Group to carry out this project is its
